Fannie Cakes opened in November 2017 in the Historic Downtown Gastonia area. Although Fannie Cakes has been around since 2001, Culinary/Pastry Chef Stef has been serving both quality interpretations of what she calls Southern favorites with a hip twist from California to Atlanta to the new revitalized Historic Downtown Gastonia in North Carolina for almost 7 years.
Fannie Cakes is currently takeout only at this time. We truly miss interacting with our customers. We are in a pivot stage of the business and looking forward to offering dining room accommodations again soon. We appreciate your support and understanding.
