Located in Downtown Gastonia, Fannie Cakes is a purveyor of fine Home-Style dining and baking from talented, Chef and Baker Stefannie Roundtree.
Fannie Cakes opened in November 2017 in the Historic Downtown Gastonia area. Although Fannie Cakes has been around since 2001, Culinary/Pastry Chef Stef has been serving both quality interpretations of what she calls Southern Cajun with a hip twist from California to Atlanta and now to the new revitalized Historic Downtown Gastonia in North Carolina for almost 6 years.
Fannie Cakes is currently Takeout only at this time. We truly miss interacting with our customers. We are in a pivot stage of the business and looking forward to offering dining room accommodations again soon. We appreciate your support and understanding.
